Location Scouting and Permissions

The location scouting form is an evaluation of the location in which filming will take place, in this case a classroom. This lists things such as the address and parking areas to make sure that the location is suitable.

The location release form is showing that I have permission to film in this space and also lists any fees along with the property manager and the location address.
